OVERVIEW:
- Maintains all A/V equipment software and firmware update
- Manages preventative maintenance schedule for active conference rooms
- General A/V consultation for miscellaneous business needs.
- Maintains communications and reporting with local conference center operations stakeholders
- Hands-on operational conference support
- Face-to-face customer conference kick-off and hand-off for meeting support based on conference center schedule
- Technical knowledge of Tandberg / Polycom / Cisco and other AV products
- General management responsibilities
- Identifies process improvements, improves and digitizes current process
- Organizes and maintains accurate A/V system directories
- Enters newly purchased A/V hardware or software data into the Asset Management System
- Reviews contract and enters contract terms into Asset Management System
- Verify all A/V related shipments use appropriate business process
- Interface for vendor / customer relations with respect to upgrades / installs (e.g. escort vendors, facilitate access, manage vendor timeline)
- Keeps current with weekly, monthly and other reporting requirements
