EDI Support Technician

Description: Matrix Resources is currently interviewing EDI Support Technician right now, this vacancy will be placed in South Carolina. For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. needed for a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of extensions located in Columbia, South Carolina! required. In this role you will provide routine password/account resets and update statuses to customers on open problems using established processes and procedures. This is a 100% phone support position for a 7x24 support center. Weekends and/or after hours could be required with this position after training (please note that this group normally does not have to work nights or weekends, and if they do, they will know in advance).
Customer Service Call Center experience is required. A+ and/or N+ certifications, Database Knowledge, Software, Hardware, and Application Support are all desired!
