Senior Living Marketing Associate

Location: Greer South Carolina

The Marketing Associate â€" Senior Living position is a combination of service and sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible to process inbound prospect inquires and requests by phone by the guidelines set by Level One.
  • Responsible to learn all Level One systems.
  • Compassionately engage each caller and represent the community in a highly professional manner.
  • Must be able to work with a computer and type 40 plus words per minute.
  • Responsible to follow weekly schedules and schedule changes based on call volume.
  • Report directly to a Team Lead.
  • Must maintain a passing QA score monthly.
  • Responsible to report property changes to the Professional Services department.
  • Responsible to meet all company policies and procedures.
  • Can be provided additional functions by a Team Leader as long as call volume permits.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • Strong customer service and listening skills
  • Demonstrated strengths in verbal and written communication skills including appropriate grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to communicate empathy and confidence in both in-bound and out-bound contact center environments
  • Persistent in ensuring issues are resolved accurate, effectively and timely
  • Ability to clearly and effectively maintain and update online documentation
  • Ability to follow precise direction consistently without continuous supervision
  • Detail-oriented and flexible
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer
  • Flexibility to work various required shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to support a 24 hour/7 day per week environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute and accurately capture detailed information
  • Able to maintain focus and enthusiasm throughout shift assignment
  • Previous contact center experience is preferred
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time
