MAA Lead Service Technicians are working leaders that spend their day amongst the valued residents, beautiful grounds and inviting apartment homes. At the general supervision of the Community Leader with oversight from the Regional Service Director the Lead Service Technician works to insure that all apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order and maintained to acceptable standards for MAA and for residents.
It is important for this position to feel comfortable with delegating tasks and assignments to members of the service team and perform tasks as needed. This is a working Lead Service Technician position with duties that include but aren"t limited to service requests, preparing an apartment home for rent availability, painting, and landscape duties. Organizational skills for maintenance schedule and managing parts orders/supplies according to budget in a critical part of this rewarding MAA position. All MAA associates must successfully clear a background investigation to include but may not be limited to criminal, drug and employment verification. Weekend and after hours work may be required.
