Transportation Sales Consultant Description of what makes a great DTS team member: We are looking to hire highly motivated Sales Consultants who have industry experience with a core focus on LTL and expedited logistics.

Our 4 regional offices are set up to help you grow your net profit. We provide the discounts with the hundreds of carriers that we use on a daily basis. We provide all the back office support such as accounting, credit, collections, excellent Client Service follow up as well Account Specific pricing when needed. Job Description: Our Sales Consultants / Agents work out of their home offices as independent contractors.
You set your own hours and appointments as you see fit. Many of our Sales Consultants make in excess of $100,000 - $250,000 a year. We have ZERO start-up costs and pay our Consultants every 2 weeks. Our accounting system lets our consultants see how much money they make on every shipment and we let YOU decide what makes the most sense for your clients.
True 50/50 commission split, subject to company minimums, is one of the best in the industry. No back end charges, no hidden fees, and yes, we do provide operational help with all our consultants for dispatching. Are you a driven individual? The Sales Consultant will be a proactive individual driven for success. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in LTL transportation sales.
