Job Description:This position will re! quire:

  • Generating revenue â€" delivering 12/15 proposals per week. Close 3/4 per week.
  • Good computer skills required
  • Initiating and executing the sales process, which entails Commercial Cleaning Services
  • Cold calling, leads club participation, networking required. Must generate 100% of leads.
  • Documented records of sales achievements (preferably in a business to business environment). Service industry experiences a plus.
  • Excellent communication, consultative, organization, prospecting and follow-up skills
  • Daily activity reporting and weekly meetings
  • Residing in the upstate area
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Jan-Pro Offers
Salary : Base plus commission. $50K to $100K based on ability to close
Experience Required : 2 to 5 years outside business to business sales
Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree
