Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. Leads team of storeroom personnel. Ensures accurate inventory of MRO materials. Manages materials to ensure reliability of ready spares. Continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Esse! ntial Functions
Mentors existing and new personnel. Investigates inaccuracies in inventory. Solves problems. Generates and posts cycle counts. Oversees management of satellite storage areas, tool crib inventory, and material refurbishments. Generates periodic evaluations for staff and performs counseling, as necessary. Enforces corporate and site policies in accordance with the employee handbook.
Qualifications
Previous inventory experience (MRO setting preferred).
High School diploma/Some college;
Leadership; Communication (written & oral); Multi-tasking; Customer service; Continuous improvement
