**THIS POSITION MAY HAVE FOUR TO EIGHT HOUR SHIFT. 1ST AND 2ND ROTATING SHIFT, ALSO WORK WEEKENDS**
Performs cleaning and sanitation requirements of the dietary working area. Re! sponsible for all patient tray delivery and pick up. Also assures that trays, silverware, cups, etc. are on patient and cafeteria line before they are opened for serving.
