The Client Delivery Specialist creates strong consultative client and associate relationships that result in long-term client and associate satisfaction and high retention rates. The Client Delivery Specialist is the ultimate service delivery for their assigned accounts; serving as the face of Manpower's service team to the client and the central point of contact for Manpower associates. This role is responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate.

The Client Delivery Specialist clearly understands client expectations, terms and conditions and works to generate sales leads from existing clients, transitioning them to Sales Executives for further pursuit. Responsi! ble for delivering high quality service to the associates when! they arrive on their first day. This will also include associate onboarding, first day orientation, and safety training as applicable. The position has a strong focus on associate performance management including but not limited to: feedback, coaching, development, corrective action, and termination.
1. Provide day-to-day oversight of client and associate relationships to drive high retention and satisfaction.
2. Responsible for driving proactively and reactively identifying, investigating and resolving client and associate problems and issues.
3. Create strategy with client program leadership team regarding account retention and growth and proactively identify sales leads to be given to Sales Executives.
4. Manage service level agreement requirements and other determined Manpower or Client criteria.
5. Timely response/first point of contact for all associate inquiries/issues; finds the appropriate resources to assist associates and communicates resolut! ions or findings to appropriate parties. Ensure compliance with Manpower policy and federal and state laws (i.e. Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, and Employment Law).
6. Responsible for associate performance management (feedback, coaching, discipline, termination, retention and engagement) and documents in the appropriate system. Partners with appropriate internal departments to address and resolve issues.

This role represents the single point of contact of Manpower knowledge to the client and associate. This role relies upon new client development of the Sales Executive role. This role has high influence over both the client's and associate's impression of the Manpower brand and our service offerings.
