The Chief Medical Officer has primary responsibility for the coordination and oversight of all medical care and quality of services provided by FCF.! This position serves as a member of the Administrative Management team, as well as the Clinical department and oversees all clinical policies and procedures ; supervision of Associate Medical Director(s), Providers (physicians, mid-level providers and nursing staff); management of all clinical staff, including the Clinical Coordinator, Laboratory services and the Pharmacy Program; ensures that FCF patients receive the highest quality of health care while managing the cost effective utilization of clinic resources; and leadership of the organization’s Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient C Center Medical Home programs (60% of scheduled time). As a Family Practice physician, the Chief Medical Officer also provides primary care to patients of all ages by performing physical assessments, developing health care plans, implementing treatment and evaluating patient outcomes (40% of scheduled time).
