Secure Mission Solutions has an immediate need for a
Payroll Administrator. The Administrator will serve an
integral role on our Fin! ance team. Responsibilities
include:
- Daily review and management of the timekeeping system
- Import timesheets into Costpoint from Deltek T&E
- Review current timesheet edit for errors and make any
- Enter timesheet adjustments from prior pay periods
- Post time in Costpoint and send timesheet history
- Create and Send the payroll file via ADP PayEx
- Create the payroll journal entry
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 years of experience processing payroll, preferably
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time &
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
