ZACHRY is currently accepting applications from
experienced Structural Welders to work at International
Paper in Eastover, SC.
for the craft of Structural Welder.

Structural Welder
REQUIRED to have Zachry site specific welding
certification.
- Must pass - 2G / 3G / 4G Structural Plate test, 70/18
- Will lay out, position, align, cut, assemble and fit
in various places.
- Bolts, clamps and tack welds parts to secure in
- Must be able to observe and recog! nize problems during
amperage, or feed of the rod.
- Must be able to read and interpret prints and plans.
- Required to have all structural welding and layout
- Must be able to meet all physical demands and
- Must be able to work at heights and be able to climb
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience required.
- Required to adhere to all safety rules and
- FLUX CORE welder required to have Zachry site specific
- Must pass - 2G / 3G / 4G Structural Plate test using
- Will lay out, position, align, cut, assemble and fit
in various places.

- Training in vocational schools or related on the job
- Paper Mill
- Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts
Will talk and hear to com! municate. Will use arms and
hands to signal, grab, hold, tu! rn, push, and pull:
objects, materials, controls and tools. May be required
to lift, carry and move up to 25lbs. Will occasionally
work at heights, climb ladders and stairways and work
off of platforms. Will use vision abilities to focus,
see short and long distances, colors, depth perception
and peripheral vision. Will be required to wear personal
protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to:
hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs,
masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and steel-toe
boots.
Work environment:
- Will work in all weather conditions ranging from
different elevations. Noise levels will be moderate to
high. Job site will contain light to heavy equipment
vehicles, small to large equipment, materials,
communication equipment and tools. People standing,
walking, sitting, signal! ing and talking. Bells, whistles
and alarms. No cell phones will be allowed on the job
