LexiCode has a new Account Manager opening within our Remote Coding Center. This position plays an integral part in our ability to meet client and! employee expectations. This position works in our Remote Center in Ballentine, SC.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Maintain overall compliance with the terms of assigned client contracts, including: maintaining positive client relations, meeting specified turnaround times, maintaining quality levels and meeting report requirements.
Supervise and evaluate employee’s assigned to work on client accounts to include, but not limited to, oversight of code assignments, overall compliance to LexiCode’s Policy and Procedures, performance evaluation, corrective action plans, time and attendance or disciplinary actions.
Design and implementation of remote coding policies, procedures, workflow and scheduling.
Qualifications
Required:
RHIA, RHIT or CCS credential
3 or more years of recent coding experience in an acute care hospital setting
Experience and proficiency coding Inpatient or Outpatient record types
Preferred:
Management or leadership experie! nce
QA experience
