We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to analyze National Account performance in order to identify specific areas of opportunity/improvement necessary. The Business Analyst will work jointly with National Accounts personnel to create/submit Key Customer Performance on both a regular and ad hoc basis. The Analyst interacts with National Account Managers and Vice Presidents to identify specific r! eporting parameters necessary for contract compliance, Key Nat! ional Account end user satisfaction, and National Account organic growth. The Analyst will work to create automated business analysis/reporting suitable for Key National Account user requirements and compliance. The core duties listed are general for a Business Analyst.

  • Confers with National Account personnel to analyze current reporting procedures, identify problem areas, and develop reporting mechanisms designed to fulfill monthly reporting requirements.
  • Learn specific Contract Compliance metrics common to HNA contracts and develop reporting mechanisms to assist in compliance.
  • Create and monitors detailed description of National Account user needs, data formatting, and steps required to fulfill stated needs.
  • Develops “Best Practices” with regard to data required for critical National Account activities such as Inventory Maximization, Service Level Improvement, Franchised Item Conversions, as well as all associated Savings a! ctivities as listed in the HNA Value Plus Program.
  • Reviews current databases (KPI, Contracts Database, etc.) to determine if requested information/analysis is possible within existing systems. If
  • Studies existing information regarding product usage, pricing methodology, inventory levels, and service level performance with the intent of identifying areas needing additional focus and specific actions required to remedy unacceptable performance.
  • Plans and prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of Business Analysis program.
Qualifications:
Advanced MS Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc)
Knowledge of Macros is highly desired
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be highly analytical and possess strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree is highly desired (recent college graduates will be considered)
Knowledge of SQL Na! vigator is a plus, but not required.
