Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized entry
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with operating CCTV systems is an advantage
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
