We are a multi-specialty dental practice looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team! We are looking for someone who is professional, well organized, and provides great attention to detail. The potential candidate should possess an enthusiastic, and friendly personality. They should also meet our expectations in providing the best service possible. We are looking for Recall Representatives for our East LA location.
The core duties would include, but are not limited to:
-Scheduling patients for future appointments.

-Answering incoming calls if needed.
-Complete all call logs daily and email them to the office manager.
-Call Broken appts 2 days after missed appointments.
-Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
-Provide exemplary customer service.
The position requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.78 - $18.50 per hour
