JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for Recruitment Support to support our growing recruiting services and the company as a whole. You will be joining our recruiting team and helping us grow and to streamline our recruiting work.

This is a remote, part-time position (1099), and you must be available for meetings during our normal business hours, 9-5 pm CST.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Attend recurring client meetings (9-5 PM CST)
  • Complete client deliverables such as posting & outreach strategy, sourcing, reaching out to passive candidates, revamping job postings, creating core competencies, developing interview and screening questions, facilitating interviews and reference checks.
  • Taking full ownership of your search, full-cycle managing both clients and candidates while also ensuring a human-centered experience.
  • Complete candidate screens
  • Track hours daily using Clockify
  • Keep ClickUp and project plans up to date on a daily basis.
  • Support org-wide goals such as research and drafting SOPs as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have a passion for recruiting, human resources, people and helping others.
  • You have at least 5+ years in a high-level recruiting role.
  • You love to talk to people, learn their stories, and be able to align that with the need of the client
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You understand online technology and are well-versed in Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Bamboo HR, Taleo, Workable, JazzHR).
  • You are able to learn via training videos versus direct interaction with other team members.
  • You like working ahead with minimal support from the CEO or other team members.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, but are also able to capture the larger picture
  • You are reliable and always on top of your tasks
  • You thrive when working magic behind the scenes, but also love cultivating relationships with clients and candidates.

  • You are comfortable working in the “gray” and are excited about being a part of something bigger and helping to scale an organization.
  • You are available to work at least 10-15 hours a week during normal business hours. Note: Due to the nature of our client work, Legacy HRC cannot accept candidates who are only available to work evenings or odd hours around other positions.
  • Must be available during our business hours M-F 9-5 PM CST

COMPENSATION:

This is a part-time, 1099 position, pay is $25-$30/hour based on experience. Must be available to work 10-15 hrs/week.
