Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join our growing Employee Benefits Insurance team. You’ll be focused on assisting HUB client teams in monitoring, analyzing, and strategizing on various aspects of our client’s employee benefits programs. Specific tasks include developing budget variance reports, analyzing claims utilization, preparing budget projections, assisting with the reserve development, and negotiating with carriers on their renewal offers. Other tasks may include attending and participating in strategy meetings with Account Executives and Producers as analytical subject matter expert. Will also be responsible for developing, communicating, and negotiating RFP process.
You’re Great At
Ideally, you’ll have strong critical thinking skills and ability to interpret data. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in finance or general mathematics. Having experience in BenefitPoint is a plus but not mandatory. Must also have a demonstrated history of managing multiple projects with a high attention to detail. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.

The expected hourly range for this position is $25.65/Hr - $30.77/Hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
