We are looking for a highly professional and organized customer service representative for our fast-paced business. The primary function of this position is to answer incoming calls and schedule service for customers. This includes making sure all the job details are clear and accurate with proper information added to each job. Other integral functions of this position:

  • Outbound calling to schedule recurring services
  • Outbound calling to ensure customers have had great experiences
  • Assisting customers in maintenance plan purchases or renewals
  • Opportunity for bonuses for selling new maintenance plans
  • Opportunity for bonuses for following up/selling open estimates
  • Scheduling jobs in a timely and efficient manner using dispatch system (Service Titan)
  • Answering incoming website chats to schedule service

Requirements:

  • Must have be employed with a previous employer for at least 2 years.
  • Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Must be able to have some weekend availability once a month
  • Must have strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Must be able to work with office manager to complete tasks as assigned
  • Must be able to learn and utilize customer dispatch software effectively
  • Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise
  • Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task
  • Remote weekend availability once a month
