Travel Agent [United States]


 

Way Up Luxury Travel is looking for a dedicated, hard-working, and personable individual to join our team as a Travel Agent. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and support to all clients, while working efficiently and effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with accurate and complete information
  • Answer client questions about their trip and obtain additional information
  • Prepare and file all appropriate paperwork including flight ticket, rental car, hotel, and accommodation check-ins/check-outs
  • Prepare and file all trip related documents (e.g. luggage tags, boarding pass)
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Skills/Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Ability to work with various computer systems (MS Office Suite)
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
